Content Description Refers to earlier correspondence regarding a Mr. [Hulton]. Discusses Hulton's interest in acquiring Palairet's lands (see GLC02437.09045), as well as the land claim of a Mr. Robert Temple. Relates that Temple told him of a claim he had on lands bordering those belonging to the late Samuel Waldo, father of the addressee. Temple plans to dispute the younger Waldo's claims on the land.
