Transcript	Show/hide Sir at the last Court of Oyer & Terminer held in and for the County of Ulster, Jacobus J. Low was convicted on having received two Barrels of Flour knowing the same to have been stolen, & was sentenced to four months Imprisonment and a Fine of Fifty Dollars. Prepare a pardon for him on Condition that the same shall not take effect nor have any operation until the said Fine shall first have been paid-- John Jay-- Albany 19 Oct. 1798 Danl. Hale Esqr. Secy. of the State
