Content Description Secretary of War Armstrong authorizes Colonel Wadsworth, then commissary general for ordnance, to gather all the arms he can for the defense of Baltimore, Maryland. Notes in a postscript that the arms will be delivered to the brigade quartermaster of the Maryland militia. Signed twice by Armstrong.
