Content Description Knox writes that the lots Pendleton and others purchased two years ago are completed and Knox asks that now pay for them. Knox says "you will execute mortgage deeds to me as a collateral securely for the notes of hand you will give for the amount." Knox hopes to finish this quickly. There are seven addressees on this document including William Pendleton, four of whom bear the name Pendleton.
