Content Description Recommends an acquaintance, Mr. James Henry Laugier de [Tassy?], to fill a position in Knox's department, which requires "a person who understands the different European Languages, a good accountant and well acquainted with mercantile transactions." Reports that Knox may know this man as he married a Miss Minot, who Jackson believes is related to Mrs. Lucy Knox.
