Content Description Expresses his disappointment at Cripps canceling his plans to visit. Describes what the two of them would have done if Cripps came to visit. Written on personal stationery with a "B" imprinted at the top center of page one and on the envelope. Includes a 3 cent stamp depicting George Washington. Postmarked by hand in Rippon, Virginia, 4 April. Possibly written by Mr. Benedict of GLC03587.32 and .34.
