Writes, "I beg you may be pleased to have the following extract from the Orders of this day published to your Garrison - & that you will direct the Invalid Regt. to furnish a Capt. for the Court Martial therein expressed, he will not be continued long on that duty as the Court will be dissolved as soon as the Invalid Officers are tried." |
