Steel meadow, then bounding on the sd. Mc gregor's meadow's worth thirty Seven Degrees eat Seventeen 708, to [apilehpinetree?] on the bounds of the up land, then west twenty Degrees South Eight 708's bounding on the up land then North 6 years two [ illegible] shall to the bounds first mentioned. To Have and to Hold, the said Granted Premises with all the Privileges and Appurtenances to the same appertaining to him - - - - the said James Roger his -- - -- - - Heirs and Assigns to his their only proper Use and Benefit forever.
