Transcript	Show/hide The State of Georgia by the grace of God free and independent. To William Glascock esquire Greeting. For certain causes offered before us in Chancery We Commanded and strictly enjoin you that enjoying all other matters aside and not withstanding any other excuse I am personally appear before The Judges of the Superior Court of the Country of Richmond, or one of them in the town of Augusta on the first morning in February next to answer concerning those things objective to gain in and by the bill of complaint of Polly Bedingfield and John Bedingfield by Thomas Curr esquire their guardian and to as further and receive what our said Court shall have considered in the behalf and this you are in no wise to unit Witness The Honorable George Walton esquire one of the judges of the superior Courts of the said State that twelfth day of January an the year of our Fond one thousand seven hundred and ninety one
