Content Description | Legal document assigning all Powers of Attorney to Alida Livingston in Robert Livingston's stead while he travels to England. At the bottom of page 3 is a second instance of this granting of the Power of Attorney to Alida Livingston on 30 April 1703, on the advent of another voyage to England by Livingston. These Powers of Attorney grant Alida Livingston all the powers held by Robert, including those to "lease and Lett any of [Livingston's] lands" and "to ask demand Levy Sue for Recover and receive off and from all manner of Persons all Such Debts dues & demands as is owing belonging or anywise apportaining unto [Livingston]." |
