Content Description Discusses a land sale between Knox, General [Henry] Jackson and General [Benjamin] Lincoln on the one part, and a General Derby on the other. Declares that Jackson's and Lincoln's deeds have been executed, but Davis has found a discrepancy in the description of the land. Explains several errors he has found in the paperwork, and asks Knox to send a better description of the land he is selling.
