Content Description Biddle tells Knox that he "got the Certificate for the Bank share passed through as soon as I could after the full time allowed by the regulations at the bank had Expired and should have transferred it but your power to me for the purpose has been misplayed either by me or at the Bank." Biddle is "mortified" at this delay.
