Content Description Official copy signed clerically by W[illiam].F.A. Torbert as adjutant and Albert Ordway and countersigned by J.H. Chase. Orders all troops being sent to New York to report to Warrenton for transportation to that city. The regiments affected are the 2nd and 12th New Hampshire, 20th Indiana, and 1st Massachusetts. Copy made 16 December 1863.
