Signed by Samuel Waldo, Francis Waldo, Isaac Winslow, Thomas Flucker and Hannah Flucker. Indicates that Isaac Winslow and Thomas Flucker are acting as attorneys and signed the names of some of the heirs. Also signed by John Dennie and one other party whose signature is illegible. Extensive notes in an unknown hand on verso.
