Transcript	Show/hide I hereby authorize and direct the Secretary of State to affix the Seal of the United States to an official copy of the Act of Congress approved February 25th 1868, entitled "An Act for the protection in certain cases of persons making disclosures as parties or testifying as witnesses," and for so doing this shall be his his [sic] warrant.
