Content Description Appoints Richey as master of the ship Shrewsbury. Dated on board the ship Formidable. On reverse is a note dated 2 June 1782 signed by Samuel Wallis allowing Richey to be paid for his time served as master of the ship. Rodney was a British Vice Admiral. Partially printed.
