This pamphlet asks for signatures on a petition "Declaration and Pledge of the Women of the United States Concerning their Right to and their Use of the Elective Franchise". With printed signatures of Isabella Beecher Hooker, Josephine S. Griffing, Mary B. Bowen, Paulina Wright Davis, Ruth Carr Denison and Susan B. Anthony.
