Content Description List of regiments and officers with the number of rations delivered to each. Front page states it is to Wadsworth and Carter, a firm created by Jeremiah Wadsworth and Colonel Carter. Carter was actually John Barker Church. They served as agents for the French Army during the Revolutionary War.
